Pathetic service

Last night We went to KFC on Malibongwe.

I ordered a Wicked Zinger Box meal and a Fully loaded boxmeal.

I asked the lady to split the order as we were paying separately.

When we got to the paying window the lady said that the order was not split and that we have to pay it all together on 1 card. (Issue 1)

After telling her that I did request that they split the order all she said was "eish sorry"!!!

Furthermore they gave me warm coke that was on the counter and not in the fridge.(issue 2)

When we got home we realized that we got 2 fully loaded box meals and not what we ordered! I checked the slip and I paid for a Wicked Zinger (Issue 3)

I realize that it was very busy there last night but if your staff can't handle pressure, then they should not be serving the public.

This is totally unacceptable.
