Bad Service coupled with Bad Attitude

I was at Mc Donalds Woodmead and the service sucked. The team looked like they didnt know what they were doing. The line was up to the door. Our cashier left the till for more than 10 min to work at the back. Team members kept disappearing (im assuming to take lunch). I was shocked when my order was finally ready, the sitting area was half full. Did I mention their attitudes? I understand its month end, but shouldn't be an excuse. Please Mr Manager, get your team into order.
