KFC
4 months later and still no response

I had made a complaint against the KFC franchise in January of this year, a call center agent had called me and given me a reference number which was also sms'd to me. I was told that someone would be contacting me from the KFC franchise and sort my issue out, from then till now, im still waiting for someone to call me me, 4 months later.
