Double charged and not refunded

We went to MacDonalds early Sunday morning. We ordered food and both myself and Ghalied tried to pay for the food with our debit cards. Both the cards were declined by the machine and we had to go and draw cash. We ended up paying R120.00 for a R60.00 order. We then were told we need to come back over 3 times with proof of our bank statement that the money was transferred into the account. We have done so and we have still not been refunded.

This is totally unacceptable!
