FOOD POISIONING

Hi, On Wednesday 11/09/2013 just after 5pm I visited the Macdonalds Opp Tygervalley shopping centre. I ordered a big mac with nuggets and jealepeno sauce. The food made me extremely ill, after being at the Dr on Thursday morning the Dr confirmed that it was either food poisioning or the person making the food was ill. I became so ill that Lab Tests and Blood Tests were done as they found tha it event poisioned my organs and that hypertaitis was expected. 1 week later and I am now able to eat again and luckily seems that I am out of the woods and have been cleared that I dont have hypertaitis but only a very bad case of food poioning. I just thought I would bring this to your attention and to customers. I have been using macdonalds almost daily as it is a great place to work on the internet with the wifi offered and enjoy a meal but after that night I doubt I will be back and dont reccomend any one to eat at Macdonalds.
