Bad service and customer skills

I bought Nandos on Monday it was so bad. They took it put the grill n put it bag no sauce n burnt. Hungry at 5 I called to complain they manager says about there rules. What about the consumer and the in convince I was put through. They service was so bad that I sent the thing back to them and they couldn't care. Very bad.
ALSO PLEASE FOR SAKE LOOK AT HOW MANY COMPLAINS NANDOS HAS ON THIS SITE. NANDOS CATCH A WAKE UP.
