Terrible service and food

I have been at the Unitas hospital for 8 full days whilst supporting my recovering child. Consequently we made use of the Netcafe restaurant. What a terrible recurring experience on multiple occasions:
1. One day they have served coffee to all of the customers with milk containing salt. An incompetent employee did not think that mixing the coffee with salt will be a bad mix. This was not a once off event and occurred on multiple occasions on one day;
2. The next day we ordered a health breakfast with muesli, as indicated on the menu. They served the breakfast without muesli without warning us and simply stating that they are out of stock without giving us the option beforehand to order an alternative meal;
3. Two days later they served us Milo which was basically only milk.

We complained to the manager expressing our concerns and stating to him that I will be a worried person if the restaurant's poor delivery and service continues. He agreed, but with no improvement the next few days.

The staff is also very incompetent and clearly lacks training.

To any Unitas visitor or patient, DO NOT make use of the Netcafe restaurant.
