Pathetic management attitude

Our starter tasted off, to be exact it tasted like vomit. i cannot even begin to explain the detail of the worst service i have received from a manager. we have traveled the world and nowhere did we receive service like we did at piato. his name was Augustine, ushaka branch. refused to help us... he that he tasted them and they were fine. later on he says he didnt taste them he tasted another lot. the poppers were definitely off. if this is how piato train their waiters then really, piato u need to reconsider your training skills because Augustine has NO CUSTOMER skills. he stood there for 20 mins and all he could say was ' i tasted it, it was fine' when he didint even taste it. he did not even apologize. will never go there again and i will let everyone know about this poor service. what ever happened to the customer rights??? ridiculous and so put off!!!
