Stinking attitude

I went ti shisanyama in Auckland park at about 15:30 today to order food and I was told that their speed point machine is not working so I left i went back to work and then 16hoo I called them to order food and I was told it will take 10 to 15 minutes when I got there 30 minutes later no one knew where my food was and then kept on asking me who did I speak to and didn't know the name of the person cause they didn't say their name when they answered the phone and at that time no one wanted to take responsibility of my order as they were all busy with their own things and no one had the decency to say sorry I had to leave without my food. I'm really of about the service I got from them.
