Poor Service - Drive through delays =Lost Business

We have been supporting this KFC for almost 2 years and service was always great. However, recently there seems to be an issue with their efficiency and customer care.
Specifically last Friday when we waited at the drive through for so long that the kids even fell asleep in the car. I mentioned to the teller that the 'Kernel' must be so upset with this. She did not even acknowledge who the Kernel is? We did not order anything and no one cared to say the least. On Saturday evening we went back not expecting a repeat but this time we actually ended waited even longer. We got all kinds of excuses, first that there was no chicken, and when asked one of the staff not to laugh amongst her colleagues when a client has a query she indicated that the issue was due to staff and that the new employees were too slow in making burgers. I spoke to the manager who did nothing to resolve the issue and I requested the details of the owner. On contacting the supposed owner to share my experience I was informed that this was not the owner but actually another employee.

I very disappointed and am sure that the Kernel must be feeling exactly the same.
