MARIAS RESTUARANT - NO PEOPLE SKILLS

I went for lunch at Marias restaurant in Dunkley Square in Gardens. 20 mins after being seated we eventually got someones attention to order drinks. 20 minutes after that initial wait we flagged down someone else who had managed to forget to tell us that our drinks could not be made (Apple juice) as they had a power failure. Everyone who works, or owns a business understands that these things happen and informing the patron that they cannot dine there is completely understandable and acceptable! This waitress (Kate) however went off at us on a rant, saying that shes looking at us strangely as were asking her what she recommends when shes doing a million other things in her head. And continues insulting us. I will not stand for this kind of treatment when a very standard "Im sorry but we cannot take anymore customers' would suffice. Business skills like yours Kate will end establishments.
