RUDE STUCK UP COW

Bad attitude from the lady serving food in the front, I have been buying from this shop for over 5 years now but unfortunately this lady has made my shopping there unbearable she is constantly trying to proof a point with me. She never serves me and that suits me just fine bit she must stop interfering when I am being by some one else there was an incident on the 29th April when she refused to serve me and now again when I was served by a lady which I first asked if I can purchase a schnitzel separate with a roll, for Goodness sake me and my other people have bought like that before she even started working there so now that she works there she comes up with her own rules, to the owner you have a very friendly staff and I enjoy shopping there just this stupid and rude cow that now works in your shop I have never been treated like that before in you shop please if she need more training she must ask people who have years and years of good service there and she must stop trying to run HOLSTEINS her way, it was perfectly fine before she came along and it will still be fine when she is not there.
