Charges for take away box

We are V.I.P customers at O R Tambo, we eat there every week sometimes 2-3 times a week, we took a petite four from the bakery for take away after our meal and were told we would be charged for the small box. this is totally unacceptable, we are loyal to this branch, there are plenty other restaurants at the airport to choose from, if this is how they deal with this then we will no longer visit this store. we did not take the petite four, left it behind, its not about the money its the principle.
