My daughter bought a doughnut, to take home, asked for a box as the product would be destroyed on the journe home. she was told she would have to pay for this box, by the cashier. the manager then said they could not give a box because it was only 1 item. I then arrived to which the manager miraculously pulls out a box and says "don't worry about it my darling" to my daughter. is it not strange that when they see me they can suddenly do anything, but without my presence nothing can be done, and it comes with much attitude too. I have complained about this store before, which was dealt with positively, however I seem to be in the same situation once again. it is clear they treat various customers unequally! really not happy with this again.
