UNSANITARY GROWTH

Good day, i am very disgusted to have to write this complaint. We were having a work function and ordered breakfast platters from Fournos. A colleague decided to break in half her apple crumble pie and found mould in the middle of the pie. This is totally unacceptable. We then contacted the store to advise them of the mould and was advised that it could be due to the heat i then had to disagree as today is a cloudy day and the platters were collected at 07H00 in the morning so i don't seem to understand the heat excuse. The lady could then could offer no other way to resolve this. We were told to come to the store and collect another one. We don't require another platter as the function was already over. We are not certain if there were any other pies that had mould.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
