Poor service, poor quality food - disappointed!

Florida road is a busy street in the heart of Durban that is known for its bustling vibe and great restaurants, this means much competition among the resident eateries. A Monday night, my family and I (table of 8) went looking for Italian. Our first choice was full with a waiting time of over an hour, being a school night we went looking for an alternative. We walked further down the road arriving at Piatto. They were practically empty and now I know why. I ordered a Parma ham pizza that comes standard with Rocket and Parmesan, my aunt ordered fried Camembert which also comes with Rocket. When the food arrived there was no rocket. When I asked for rocket, the waitress flippantly mentioned that they had no rocket - a little late in my opinion. No reason or discount or explanation was given - really poor service. We won't be back.
