Appalling Customer Service

On the 29th April 2013 at 20:05, I called scooters placing an order, they called me back at 20:08 to confirm my address which I confirmed. At 20:45 I called to find out how far they are there was no answer. I repeatedly tried calling them till 21:45 yet no answer.By this time all our fast foods has closed causing an inconvenience for my family as this was going to be how supper. this is unacceptable service. I haven't received a call yet. they went over the time limit for delivering entitling me to have my order free. Eldorado Park Scooters customer service is appalling.
