The Chef and the Fat Man
Shocking customer service

We arrived at Chef and the Fat man on the 1May for a family lunch, I had purchased a groupon that entitled two people to eat as much pizza as they wanted! First problem the lady at the entrance told us to wait and only returned 5Min later to assist us she then took us to this inside table pointed at it and walked away without organising a waiter. We waited 20Minutes before anyone acknowledged us, our drinks were then brought to us 45Minutes later with no glasses just a can and bottle, and the coke was warm. When my hubby asked if we could sit outside the manager said no they were full. I saw numerous tables open. During this waiting period two families got up and left due to no service. My hubby and I decided to leave but had to wait another 10minites for our drinks bill, which we should not have paid since I have lost money on the groupon! I complained to the manager and her response was 'We are full, these things happen'
