I have been banking with the bank without any complaints until friday last week when my account was debited with R3000 and when i went to the bank for a reversal i was told that i need to call some guy in whose line is always engaged and obtain a form from him. Further more i was told that if i want to block the deduction in future i would need to get a form. I mean really what nonsense is that, i have been greatly inconvenienced and i feel that if my bank cannot protect me and my money then i truly have no choice to move my money and my business somewhere else. The nonchalant attitude of the staff was most disturbing a they did not even show a bit of empathy that i was now sitting with R3000 less in my account. I am very angry and all i want is my R3000 back without no form otherwise i will be left with no choice but to move my business somewhere else.
