In the first place they sent a subcontractor to my house after a burglary, they sent a plumber to weld & try to fix my security gates he cant come right with a new gate i ask the man will you be happy with this gate his answer to me were no sir, then i contact the lady who is working with my claim, never available nor she phone you back each time you talk to a different person, then they sent me a agreement of loss form which they will pay me out amount of R 13864.OO to replace my damage security gates i did sign the paperwork and fax it back to priscilla malindi i phone her wanted to know if she received it again she is not available
frustrating!!! after a while i received a fax from priscilla sorry she made a mistake i will get R12100 I told her that it is not on she said to me fax me your quote threw ill look at it again, i phoned her latethat afernoon regarding the matter she said to me she havnt receive anything from me, iask her why she dont phone me and tellme she havnt received it her aswer is im busy now what now? i dont think she is capable to work for sa homeloans
