Thank you for efficiency

I would like to say thank you to Transunion for the service offered to me today, the credit bereau is a powerful tool and many companies have started to use it as a weapon to extort money out of helpless people, thankfully i am not one of those people.
I have made a complaint already againt JustLetting (they didnt respond), they decided to just come up with a bill out of thin air, they could not back up with proof. i have raised a complaint up to the housing tribunal on that matter and its till under review.
Then justletting simply said to me, you either pay us or we blacklist you and didnt bother to reply to the EEAB, my emails etc... they just went ahead and placed a default againt my name. they know if they do that, your whole life is compromised and you will be forced to pay them.

Thankfully i was able to raise a dispute with Transunion, they told me it would take 20days to resolve, they requested information from Justletting and did not get a response. As a result i was able to clear my name.

What i applaud the the fact that we as consumers can protect ourselves against opportunistic companies out there.
