Transunion slow on solving credit

I have reported now 3 times to Transunion about how my ID was and used to commit credit. I sent all the necessary documents they requested upon me reporting the credit. Instead of the issue being solved, I continuously received smses saying that they need the documents which I had sent to them already. The was done at Capitec, American Swiss and Real People Finances whom also have not given me any feedback on the internal investigations. It is very frustrating as I now have bad credit under my name that is not even mine that affects job applications for me. Transunion obviously doesn't care and is not willing to solve the case because its a large amount of money that was taken under my name. I am very unhappy about this because it is slowing down my life and I cant even make actual loans for myself because of this. And it is clear that the person who committed credit using was using my ID
