So, I initially lodged a complaint through, which actually worked in the sense that iWyze responded by phoning me. Just phoning me did not resolve the issue, and I still need someone to get back to me with answers.

Getting back to my initial complaint, a person called me and informed me that they are busy working on my case and that he will get back to me or he will ask someone to get back to me. Someone then got back to me and informed me the reason for the massive increase in my policy is because that my vehicle has been classified as "high risk". I find that explanation unacceptable as I have never lodged any claims with my insurer. Excuse the sarcasm, my vehicle will be paid-off in the next two months, can someone from IWyze please supply me a list of vehicles which has been categorised as a "low risk" so that I can choose my next vehicle carefully (According to me ALL vehicles on SA roads are at high risk, whether you drive a UNO or a BMW). I need answers that makes sense, not someone reading a paragraph from a piece of paper that has been prepared for possible questions that consumers might ask.
