CREDIT CARD PAID UP & STILL NOT CLOSED BY NEDBAN

I have been to Nedbanks Raisthorpe on the 20/12/2012 to pay the balance on my credit card and requested for it to be closed. i went back to the Midlands Mall branch & was told that i had to pay R180.00 rand for it to be closed. i was told to first pay and the they will be able to close the account. the attendant did not even bother to look at the problem and nor did she realise that the card i current;y have has expired on 03/2011. they are also chaging me for BALANCE PROTECTION PLAN which i do not need. i have made a written request via e-mail on 26/04/203 to stop further deductions but their response was that i telephone them with regards to that. what more does Nedbank need. Its was given to them in balck & white with all the details and contact telephone no.
