No feedback on my bond extension

Two months AGO I went to ABSA Smit street in Durban applying for a bond extension and was told the process wasgoing to take 7 days to review and feedback. I've been banking with them for a long time, the honorable think to do was to say "NO" or "YES" I think it is about time I moved my resources and Assets to FNB. I will move slowly to FNB in the next three months
