I want my money back today

I am suppossed to be debited R4179.25 but because you guys offer such excellent customer sevice, you went an extra mile and deducted a further R2544.11 from my account. I need that R2544.11 to pay the rest of my accounts. If I don't get this money back today, you guys be liable for the bank charges I will incur because you took money you were not supposed to take from my account!!!
