I have been with Absa for the last 10 years - I am a Platinum holder with them and their service is beyond the description BAD!

I went to the FNB branch in Menlyn and the girl with the name Aminah assisted myself to move my account from Absa to the FNB family :)

I honestly can not remember when last I felt like a person when walking into a bank - Aminah keep up the good work and thank for doing that small efforts, it meant a lot to myself and I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to come over to FNB and ask you by name due to the going extra mile :)

PS Steve in Absa you can kiss my and rather join FNB - you might learn a thing or two
