I was on the net responding to the advert i saw on life insurance, and i left my details. then after a few minutes this young lady called me, and asked all sorts of questions, i said all sorts of things, at times even confusing to me, and i spoke of even more sensitive things, as she asked about my background... i thought she would clack and think that i was a prank of some sort, but no she choose to remain professional. where she did not understand she went and asked the medical representatives... it was amazing, it was as if i was interviewing her, and i loved her responses, the way she articulated and made me feel comfortable, and well informed, making sure that i understood everything way beforehand, so that i was not conned or pulled into signing as many sales people do. to make matters worse; i was experiencing network issues, hence she had to call over, and over and over again, i think about 6 times. She explained the different packages and ensured that i choose the package most suitable for me, and yeah... i wish all sells agents/ consultants were like her... Awesome, great service. She was forever smiling and full of life, so much calm and at ease. Well done
