Well done to Pogiso, he has really helped me!!

My mother had received a call and not knowing she was lured into increasing her cover. I called 1 life direct today and tried to get some assistance. Pogiso took the call and was super efficient. He took his time to listen to my query and ensured that my mothers portfolio was safe. He made suggestions and said will call me back with a few minutes. He stuck to his word and called back with positive answers. He helped changed banking details, he helped with cover amount. He also went the extra mile to say have a great day and Im a great person. I said to myself, this is South Africa, we don't get this type of service delivery. This was awesome & great. keep up the great work.
