When receiving a call from a 1Life Direct consultant, I wasn't expecting anything other than a policy being sold to me... BUT - I was mistaken. Not only did Sumandren provide me with suitable cover & added benefits, he also made me feel like I was chatting to a friend - someone that actually cared about what I was looking for in a policy & also giving me added advise to make my life easier in the long-term.
