Debit Order Date of payment

I resigned from my current employer and was told that I will only be paid on the very last day i.e. 30 April 2013.

I contacted FNB credit card division (via email) to inform them accordingly and to ask that the debit be deducted on 30 April 2013.

I received a statement and a telephone call to say that a double will be collected on 30 April 2013.

I moved the date 8 days!!! I do NOT remember being informed that a double will be collected. Even if no deduction is made in May - THIS DOES NOT HELP ME!!!
