I purchased R60 airtime with e bucks on 15 January 2013 and it does not reflect on my phone, yet my ebucks points have decreased. I have called the callcentre no. 087 575 0000 and I was put through to E-bucks department. I held on for too long and decided to hang up because I did not get a response. Please assist urgently. Im not a happy customer at this point.
