Personal Loan Paid Up and No Confirmation Lette

I have paid my personal loan in full - quite a large amount and have called now five or six times to request that the account be closed AND it is!!! BUT I CANNOT GET A CONFIRMATION LETTER OUT OF NEDBANK. And I do not believe banks unless I have it printed on paper.
Please help - this morning the I spoke to said it would come through in 4 minutes - hahahahah
