I know a lot of people want to work at ABSA. It's understandable - great company, renowned, great product, high client centricity. But when someone takes the time to email the head of a department, make contact, submit a CV and really show great enthusiasm, they should be afforded a decent response - not ignored. I think it's appalling that a great corporate such as yours treat people that really want to work for you, with no respect. Great company to work for? Really.
