RCS had a promotion on CELL C where they offered R50 airtime per month on the sms it said FREE but it never was free. I recently lost my cellphone and after desperately trying to get a simswap since my old number is vital to me I discovered that RCS had signed me up for a contract and I now have to do the simswap through them. Much to my frustration they told me that I have to wait 48 hours for them to call me back. It's very funny that they gave me the airtime contract within a few minutes but I have to wait 48 hours for them to terminate it and change my number to my new sim. In the sms they never explained any terms and conditions or directed me to a site where I can see it in such a case I would at least have known that they would laim my number as their own.
