SMS from your company to pelase fund my account

I applied telephonically for a loan, to be told i had to deposit R380 first, after which I immediately cancelled the whole thing via email. I never signed anything, never authorized any debits and the most important/ I CANCELLED this Application

Please rectify immediately as i will not allow a debit of R380.00 off my bank account for something i did not agree to
