Bad Service and Terrible Attitude

Ive been waiting for 8 weeks now for my provident fund from Alexander Forbes and when i call and speak to Rachael who is dealing with my claim, she is very rude and unprofessional and cannot not give me any definite answers.
I am disgusted in the company's service.
