To make a long story short after two emails to Customer care to dispute an outcome of an application - still no proper feedback received. Yes a polite notification mail received to say it will be escallated to a specialist who would contact me shortly. Well I am not sure what time frame they consider as shortly - maybe never. Thanks for nothing
