Dear FNB, i don't like complaining BUT, this is taking way too long and is completely unacceptable. I did my application for a smart device on 6 November and received an sms to let me know i will be advised shortly. And now shortly is taking too long. I have always received nothing but good service, but now my patience is running on low.. Please consider this as urgent and can you please get this sorted ASAP.
