DONT USE MIWAY - YOU CANT CANCEL LATER

I phoned Miway's offices this morning so as to cancel my policy. I was advised by a consultant that all agents who deal with the cancellations are currently busy and that they will call me back. I dont want a call back, i want my policy cancelled. After holding on for ten minutes for a so called 'senior advisor" i put the phone down. I am a seventy four years old and I really cannot afford to be messed around by poor service and incompetence.
