It's so funny, when you phone for insurance they soo fast to insure you online, but when it comes to claiming, total opposite. Why insure people when you already so suspicious and think everybody is out to get you. When I insured myself with Dial Direct I specifically asked what they require, and ensured that I have all the paperwork as well as the photos to prove ownership of the goods.
