VERY BAD SERVICE - NO RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS!!!

An account of mine was handed over to them for collections. I made arrangements to pay this account of in 2 months - which is what I did. On 12/12/2012 I made the last installment. Now 4 months later I get a letter from VVM Attorneys regarding the same account saying that I still owe money on the account. When I phoned Blake Collections - they can't help me because my file with them is closed and I have to phone Wonga. According to Law you have to keep records for over 5 years - where the is there records of 4 months ago that they can't help me. No joy from the Candice who answered the phone - not even willing to help to sort out the problem. Very Bad Customer Service (Supplier name corrected by Hellopeter.com)
