I must get FIRED to arrange a payment plan???

I have been trying to reduce my installment amount for 1 or 2 months due to financial constraints. I am told by Lulama and her department that the only way I can do that is if I resign, am dismissed or retrenched!!!?!?!?!?!

I have been a client of Nedbank's for over 10 years and a client of MFC for 2 years almost and I am APALLED that I am not able to reduce my installment even though I am a responsible and EMPLOYED client.

I have proven that the vehicle will still be insured and that I am still currently employed and therefore will be able to continue with payments after a month or two of reduced installments.

This is the worst service that I have received from a service provider that I have been extremely loyal to!! Your solution for me is get fired... or get myself into bad debt and create a bad credit history for myself!!! How is that possible and ethical???
