Hey!!!..Surprise!!!..Your claim was rejected

Here is what happened, got some scratches on my car. Put a claim in at the Regent scratch and dent insurance, got a mail back stating the claim was rejected 'cause the quote exceeded R1000.00 limit, I was upset and thought by myself what's the use of getting this extra when buying a car. Then... I took a look at the contract I signed and discovered that the limit for scratch and dents are R2000.00, Why was this then rejected, I mailed their complaints department, they were quick to respond and that impressed me, Cherie Wilson seemed to care and wanted to help me. She said there was no pictures with the claim, which was strange 'cause I did send them trough with the claim, any case I send the pictures to her again. And surprise, surprise no response for a week, send her mails trying to find what's going on with the claim. And guess what still no response after a week.
You guys are quick to take the money when offering this type of insurance but when it comes to claiming there a lot of ways to get out of it. Thank you Regent
