I phoned several ABSA Bank numbers on Friday 19/04/2013, I have to change my Debit order date Urgently, at work they told us we will be paid late for the next 3 to 4 months. I phoned in total 7 Different numbers, no one can assist me in the Changes!!! I spoke to the Head Office, Call Centre, Debit Order Department, restructuring Department ect. Then I called the Complain Centre to launch a Complain in this regard, they put me through to the wrong Manager, and I'm holding on for several minutes on each call. Who will be paying my telephone account??? This is very bad customer service. And I phoned again today, and still no one can assist. They put a request through and we will only now by Friday if they could change the Date. What the!!!
