My monthly insurance on 2 of my cars and my house is -R2600.00. i have an scratch and dent policy and my normal insurance. I paid 3 times my scratch policy in the beginning they said after 3 payment the policy will be valid someone scratch my car a bit with his car i phoned them now they say after 3 months not 3 payments. i also have an windscreen claim. i phoned in 4 times already for this claim no feedback.i never had an claim before and this is the service i get from my insurance people. i think it is pathetic after i pay that amount to get no service!!
