Charging a fee for a service never delivered

How convenient that Debtbusters would be a supplier that does not respond. You claim to be able to assist you and once you get us to sign on the dotted line, you are only interested in your money. Well, hand me over if you must. I have nothing left to give, so continuing to harrass me is not going to make me pay. If I don't have it, I can't. What must I do? If you were unable to assist me, then you should have made that clear up front. Then you have people phone me and tell me it is on my conscience??? No, actually it is on your conscience. How do you sleep at night?
