For weeks now I have tried to get a settlement or an account update from you. I'm still paying for a lone I believe I have settled months ago and till today nothing. I request a refund of the monies paid as I'm 100% sure that my loans with you were settled. And I would like my monies back with interest as what is happening is unlawful and is called.
