Hi,

Let me explain how i see the Diners Club business model:-

1- Get a obviously misinformed sales person to approach a potential client, secure the client based on incorrect information. "you will only incur costs once you card is active, your card will become active after your first transaction - Thus you will not pay for you card until you make use of it"

2- Contradict said sales person in point #1 - start the billing process. But don't let the person you are billing know - This would afford them the opportunity to cancel said "service" (the one you aren't providing)

3- Commence with interest. (do not provide the client with ANY statements.)

4- 1-2 years later provide a statement demanding R1400.00

I find your business model slightly flawed and i want this problem resolved, i don't expect to pay for a service i don't receive, i don't expect to pay for something i was told i wont - let alone incur interest!

I'm sure the CPA states something in contradiction to how you have decided to conduct business, or lack thereof with me.

Is it too much to send a e-mail, make a call, maybe a sms?

Companies like yours are the reason innocent people end up blacklisted .. RESOLVE THIS
