Nedbank employees do not know abt their products!!

I have been trying to redeem my greenbacks however, the call centre cannot give me a clear indication as to how to go about doing it. I am also trying to have my nedbank account closed and require assistance with this without having to be dragged to the bank and experience long ques. Can someone please assist?
